When did you start working in the travel industry?

I began working in travel in 1992, after leaving straight from school.

What is your favourite thing about your job?

My favourite thing about my job is giving great customer service, and finding dream holidays for customers.

Where would you like to visit next?

Cyprus. I have friends that have been and go yearly and highly recommend it to me.

What is your dream holiday destination?

Walt Disney World in Florida as I have never been and I'm a big Disney fan. I would also love to experience the USA.

What has been your favourite holiday, which you have booked for a customer, that you would love to take yourself?

My favourite itinerary I put together for a customer was to South Africa, visiting Cape Town, Sun City and a safari adventure.

What were your favourite childhood holidays?

Going to Butlins, staying in a caravan on the Isle of Wight and Haven holidays to Devon. All UK based, as we never went abroad when we were young.

My Favourite Destination

Amsterdam. I love the city as it is so friendly, very pretty with the canals and fantastic museums and shopping. I also got engaged there, so it holds a special place with me. There's something for everyone, plus there's easy transport links to other areas of the city in order to explore.
